Background: Eric Weisberg received his under-graduate degree from Austin College in Sherman, Texas, and received his L.L.B. from the University of Texas School of Law. Weisberg, admitted to the bar of Texas in 1968, established a solo practice (limited to personal injuries/civil litigation) in Grayson County, Texas, where he was later joined by his brother, Alfred Weisberg . Eric Weisberg takes an active interest in business, community, and political affairs, and makes multimedia presentations to local business and civic groups on the use of the Internet. He and his family make their home in Denison, Texas.
